Codys 11th Birthday!!!

Tomorrow is technically Codys birthday, but we did his party and his birthday dinner today.  We took Cody and a bunch of his friends to go see Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 3!  It was an awesome movie!  I made Codys cupcake cake to resemble a plate of spaghetti and meatballs, looked pretty good if I dont say so myself.  After the movie we headed over to the mall food court to do cake and presents.  A good time was had by all.

After the party we went out to Texas Roadhouse for his birthday dinner!  He wanted to sit on the saddle and get sung too!

Double Saturday Sports Updates!!!

This fall season Delaney and Nicholas are playing soccer (on 2 different leagues), and Cody is playing Flag Football.  It has kept us very busy, we have practices 4 nights a week and unfortunately have had some major overlapping on Saturdays with games.

Delaney plays on the Tigers.  They are 1-2.  Delaney scored a goal last week and Chris and I missed it since we were each at one of the boys' games. Thankfully DeeDee helped out with Delaneys game.  I love the color of her uniform, if the pics doesnt do it justice it is the neonest neon yellow/green I have ever seen.

Nicholas plays on the Dust Devils.  They have lost both their games, but considering they got started right before the games wth practices, all the boys are really trying.  I hope they can pull it together.  Nicholas also brought us our first and hopefully only injury of the season.  He jammed a finger pretty good at practice, lots of swelling and bruising, but hes doing better.

Cody is playing on the NY Giants this flag season.  We love his team and his coaches are amazing!  He has a nickname of Butters from last season, a well earned nickname also, he hardly could make a catch.  Well this season the parents are actually asking us if his name is a joke because hes been a top catcher the past few weeks.  His team is 2-0, I dont remember how many points he scored last game, but he scored 15 this past Saturday.  And he made a ton of flag pulls. The parents want to call him Velcro now, lol!!
