Nicholas and I at his Mothers Day Tea!

Today I had a wonderful day, it started out with a great breakfast with my Dad.

I was able to take today off to spend it with monkey at his mothers day tea!!
When we arrived we waited out in the hall and the kids came and got us one at a time and lead us by the hand. When I entered the class Nicholas gave me a rose, and then escorted me to a wall where they took our pic. Then he lead me to my seat. Greeting me at my seat was a 'what I like about my mom' book, and an awesome placemat. There was also a beautiful plant in a colored pot. The kids then introduced us, and although he introduced me as Amanda, he did great, lol! Then the kids sang a song and read a poem for us.

The teached played a video where each child said what they loved about their moms, Nicholas said he loved me cause I was nice, I was able to record his part of the video (you may need to turn up the sound). We all had cake and juice. It was a great day, and I am so thankful I was able to attend.
